Everybody is looking for the elusive elixir of immortality…but how can we strive with no universal aim? The answer has to be in backing medical research financially, but this in itself opens up another can of worms. Does the funding that medical institutions actually go where we’d hope it would or does it simply go towards creating pain-reducing medication instead of disease curing medicines? Either way, surely we want to spend more money on health research than ammunition research, don’t we?
